Weil der Krieg gegen die Ukraine mit unverminderter Härte und Brutalität - wie gerade in Butcha gesehen -  weitergeht und immer mehr Flüchtlinge nach Deutschland kommen, haben wir weitere Informationen wie jede von uns helfen kann, das Leid und das Schicksal der Flüchtlinge zu lindern.

WIIS Global hat vor kurzem einen Call mit WIIS Polen, WIIS Rumänien und WIIS.de zu der Lage der Flüchtlinge und der Einschätzung des Krieges in der Ukraine gemacht. In Polen sind rund 2 Millionen Flüchtlinge angekommen, berichtete unsere WIIS Poland Vorsitzende. Weil die Versorgung der vielen Flüchtlinge in Polen das Land vor größere Herausforderungen stellt, haben wir eine Liste von WIIS Polen über die dortigen Hilfsaktionen und Spendenmöglichkeiten angehängt.

Hier einige der Hilfsmöglichkeiten in Deutschland:

• Bei der Spendenbrücke Ukraine kann man sehen, welche Zeit-, Geld-, Sachspende benötigt werden.
• Adiuto gibt genaue Angaben, welche Sachspenden zur Zeit wo benötigt werden, z.B. für den Hbf Hub in Berlin Hygieneartikel.
• Die Stadt Berlin hat Informationen für Hilfesuchende und Helfende zusammen gestellt.
• In Berlin werden die Flüchtlinge u.a. im Flughafen Tegel versorgt und das wird vom Roten Kreuz, den Maltesern und der Johanniter Unfall-Hilfe organisiert (bei Letzterem sind auch 4-Std.-Schichten für Freiwillige möglich).
• Die Deutsch-Polnisch-Ukrainische Gesellschaft sammelt Spenden für die Waisenkinder, die aus Kiew in einem SOS Kinderdorf in Polen untergekommen sind. Die Berlinerin Barbara Monheim hatte das Waisenhaus gegründet und hat die Kinder rechtzeitig evakuieren können. Hier der Link zur Spendenaktion
